Monitor. Manage. Protect. Simplify.
Discover Peace of Mind.
Built For Parents, Delivered by Helpers.
We're a Hong Kong‑based firm with deep roots in risk management, vocational training, and a genuine love for improving lives.
Our history
HK SafeKids is built by Mackenzie Hanbridge, a professional safety risk management consultancy with 14 years of experience across Asia and 30 years experience in safety. We've worked extensively in safety management, vocational training, and risk management systems – and we've seen what happens when care lacks structure.
In fact, the primary reason for building HK SafeKids was we observed that parents need a system to provide structure and helpers needs an agreed standard of care. We believe every family deserves professional standards, and every helper deserves a clear path to certification. That's why we built this system.
Why we built HK SafeKids
We've listened to too many stories of harm, miscommunication, and burnout – both for children and for the helpers who care for them. In Hong Kong, families need more than luck; they need a system.
So we built one. Our Care Standards are drawn from real vocational training frameworks. Every task, every report, every verification is designed to protect children, support helpers, and give parents peace of mind.
This isn't just software. It's a new standard for family care.
Credentials that mean something
We provide a system for employers to train Helpers. Helpers who complete your training system can achieve in-house certification in three specializations—verified directly by their employer. Unlike generic training, this program focuses on real work procedures tailored to the employer’s needs, with training monitored and competency confirmed by the employer. This makes your in-house qualification the most reliable way to ensure helpers truly know how to do the job.

While not government-recognized, the HK SafeKids certification is designed for employers to train thier own workers and is employer-verified, trusted, and affordable—helpers can self-fund or access it free with Family Plans.

Tools for Helpers - Improved Standards of Care
Empowering better care standards with professional resources and seamless support.
The Standards Behind the System
Our care standards and workplace procedures are anything but arbitrary. They are built on internationally recognized vocational competency standards for childcare and domestic work. Every task, report, and skill verification is carefully aligned with real-world professional expectations for domestic workers.
Filling the Gap

We saw a gap:
- Families needed more than supervision—they needed structure, clarity, and peace of mind.
- Helpers needed more than training—they needed recognized skills and portable credentials.
- Agencies needed more than placements—they needed a way to reduce disputes and build lasting trust.
HK SafeKids is the solution.
A complete ecosystem where families, helpers, and agencies align under the same standards, share the same expectations, and commit to safety and development together.
