Siya ang nakakaalam kung paano dapat itupi ang kumot, kung aling meryenda ang kakainin, at kung paano pagagaanin ang sugat sa tuhod. Maaasahan siya. Ligtas siya. Mapagkakatiwalaan siya. Sa mata ng isang bata, siya ay isang superhero sa pang-araw-araw na damit.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gayunpaman, sa isang magulang, siya rin ay isang empleyado. Dito nagsisimula ang delikadong balanse. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ang mga magulang ay madalas na nakikipagbuno sa isang bugso ng emosyon: malalim na pasasalamat sa pangangalagang natatanggap ng kanilang anak, pagkakasala sa pagtatrabaho ng mahabang oras, at tahimik na pag-aalala kung saan naroroon ang mga hangganan. Mahalaga ito para sa emosyonal na pag-unlad ng bata, kagalingan ng kasambahay, at kapayapaan ng isip ng magulang. At sa tamang mga tool, nagiging mas madali itong mapanatili.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-the-child-s-world-attachment-trust-and-the-helper-s-role\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ang Mundo ng Bata: Attachment, Pagtitiwala, at ang Papel ng Kasambahay<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mula sa sandaling ipinanganak ang isang bata, nagsisimula silang bumuo ng mga attachment. Ipinakita sa amin ng mga psychologist tulad ni John Bowlby na ang mga bata ay nangangailangan ng hindi bababa sa isang pare-pareho at tumutugon na tagapag-alaga upang bumuo ng isang secure base\u2014isang pundasyon ng kaligtasan kung saan maaari nilang tuklasin ang mundo. Maaari itong mag-trigger ng mga damdamin ng inggit, kakulangan, o pagkakasala. Ang mga damdaming ito ay normal, ngunit dapat pangasiwaan, hindi kumilos ayon sa mga ito. Ang kasambahay ay isang minamahal na pigura sa buhay ng iyong anak, at siya ay isang bayad na propesyonal. Ang sagot ay nasa tatlong prinsipyo:  <\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Igalang ang papel.<\/strong> Ang kasambahay ay may trabahong gagawin. Siya ay hindi isang kapalit na magulang, at siya ay hindi isang katulong sa bahay. Siya ay isang sinanay na tagapag-alaga. Pag-usapan ang kanyang trabaho nang may dignidad.
